• Profile info (username, avatar)
• Chat messages (stored securely, only visible to conversation participants)
• Push notification tokens (if you enable notifications)

How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the Sciember service
• To power Arika (your habits and tasks feed into plan generation via AI services)
• To show your own analytics and progress
• To enable social features (leaderboard, challenges, friends)
• We do NOT sell your data. We do NOT show ads.

Data Storage & Security

• Data stored on secure cloud infrastructure (secure database)
• Passwords (if credential login) are hashed with bcrypt
• HTTPS enforced on all connections
• Sessions are JWT-based with a 30-day maximum age

Third-Party Services

• Authentication providers (sign-in)
• Cloud storage (avatar and image storage)
• AI services (AI coach — habits/tasks may be sent to generate plans)
• Giphy API (GIF search in messenger)

Your Rights

• Access your data via profile settings
• Delete your account at any time
• Request data export by emailing sciember.in@gmail.com

We use session cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
